Activation Process so far....
Thank you for purchasing the SecureCall service from the Genesys AppFoundry and kicking off your 30 day Free Trial.
At any point, over the next 30 days, you can activate your own payment gateway. (Step 9 below)
The SecureCall Deployment Wizard has has been installed in your organisation.
Your Admin has visited their Genesys tenant and run the SecureCall wizard.
The Wizard has completed the installation steps.
As a part of those steps, a SIP Trunk has been commissioned between your Genesys Org and your SecureCall Org
You as the first user, now has the SecureCall Widget available on your Genesys desktop.
Our test Payment Gateway has been deployed for you and your agents to use
Turn on PCI Mode in your Genesys Environment
Genesys need to do that and here is the link to kick off that step: https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/pci-dss-compliance/
Those agents that need to use SecureCall need to be added to the Genesys Group called 'SecureCall_Users'.
That will ensure the SecureCall Widget is available on the Desktop of those agents.
